Shaanxi Jintai Signs Agreement with Zhongcai Group to Jointly Build a Joint Laboratory

On the morning of March 17th, Shaanxi Jintai and Zhongcai Group held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement and the joint laboratory.
Zhongcai Group introduced the basic situation of the enterprise, the construction of intelligent factories, and the R&D of pipe materials technology. It stated that the two parties have established a harmonious cooperative relationship during long-term cooperation, and have complementary advantages in resources, talents, and technology. The joint laboratory has the important mission of R&D and application of high-performance polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. It is hoped that relying on the platform advantages of the laboratory, the two parties can strive to develop a batch of high-quality products with market competitiveness as soon as possible and make greater contributions to the development of the industry.
Shaanxi Jintai and Zhongcai Group have maintained long-term business cooperation in product supply, technical exchanges, and other aspects, with a broad cooperation foundation. The establishment of the joint laboratory represents a further deepening of the cooperation between the two parties. Shaanxi Jintai will give full play to its own advantages, carry out in-depth R&D and innovation in improving key performance indicators such as product strength, toughness, and weather resistance, meet the "tailor-made" products and services required by Zhongcai Group, develop high-performance PVC raw materials that are more competitive and better meet the diversified needs of the market, and explore a new path of high-quality development for the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the chlor-alkali industry.
According to the agreement, the two parties will establish an all-round, in-depth, and multi-field strategic cooperative relationship in the fields of PVC product modification, development of characteristics of downstream products, and development of substitute products.
