On April 30th, the Qingdao Haiwan Chemical’s 150,000 tons/year epoxy resin project, undertaken by China Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. Shandong Branch, was successfully delivered, marking the official transition of the project from the construction phase to the production preparation phase.

The project is located in Dongjiakou Chemical Industrial Park, Boli Town, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. Epoxy resin, as a type of polymer, is widely used in fields such as civil engineering, aerospace, automotive machinery, electronics, and electrical appliances. This project is an important layout of Haiwan Group in the field of high-end new materials products, which is of great significance for the Group′s product structure adjustment and transformation towards high-tech materials. It will also play an important role in the transformation and upgrading of Qingdao′s chemical industry.
