Recently, Qixiang Tengda′s epoxy propane unit has started the start-up process. The company′s mechanical and electrical power department (information center), production scheduling command center, safety and environmental protection department and other departments worked closely together. Management personnel at all levels commanded from the front, while all operators worked day and night to ensure efficient progress of the task. The one-year technical renovation project of the epoxy propane unit has been successfully completed and achieved a one-time successful start-up.

During the launch process, the technical team systematically sorted and optimized the core process flow, finely adjusted key parameters, and laid the foundation for the long-term efficient and stable operation of the unit while reducing energy consumption. They actively cooperated with domestic technology partners to achieve localization substitution of key equipment and spare parts, breaking the foreign technology monopoly in one fell swoop and achieving a qualitative leap in the reliability and independent guarantee capability of equipment operation. In the field of core chemical materials, domestically produced catalysts, solvents, and additives have successfully taken over, significantly reducing external dependence. In addition, the scientific selection and upgrading of major consumables such as filter cartridges have also improved filtration efficiency and service life, avoiding the risk of unplanned shutdown.
