Recently, Lutai Chemical successfully completed the construction and launched its carbon asset management platform. This comprehensive data center integrates real-time energy usage monitoring, multi-dimensional energy consumption aggregation, production energy analysis, automated statistical reporting, in-depth energy consumption diagnostics, and carbon emission accounting management. By leveraging data feedback, it enables rapid identification of abnormal energy consumption links, empowering enterprises to respond swiftly and implement efficient corrective measures. This lays a solid foundation for achieving lean energy operations and further improving energy efficiency.

In the early stages of platform construction, Lutai Chemical had completed comprehensive data collection for primary energy media such as steam, water, and high-voltage electricity. To further enhance the metering network, a recent centralized upgrade project for metering equipment was implemented: 19 new flow meters of various types were installed, enabling precise measurement of key media consumption such as nitrogen, circulating water, and low-temperature brine. Additionally, over 40 new low-voltage electricity meters were added, improving the three-tiered power metering network from the main entrance to key electrical units, ensuring complete and unmissed energy data collection. All metering data has been securely uploaded to the platform data center via functional modules, providing a complete and reliable data source for subsequent in-depth analysis.
