Based on the evaluation results of provincial park standardized construction in the previous year, the Department of Finance of Fujian Province, in conjunction with the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province, recently allocated 38 million yuan in incentive funds to provide positive incentives for 19 industrial parks ranked among the top, with 2 million yuan awarded to each park.
It is reported that industrial parks are the "main battlefield" for promoting the high-quality development of the real economy. In accordance with the "Comprehensive Evaluation Measures for the Standardized Construction of Industrial Parks in Fujian Province" and the requirement of "one park per county", Fujian Province classifies 63 key parks designated by each prefecture-level city for provincial-guided evaluation into four categories based on the operating income of designated-size industrial enterprises in the parks during the reporting period. The evaluation covers three dimensions: industrial agglomeration, factor intensification, and carrying capacity, providing a scientific and comprehensive assessment of the parks′ overall development level. Based on the evaluation results, the provincial finance department grants positive incentives to the top-ranked parks in each category, including 1 first-class park, 3 second-class parks, 6 third-class parks, and 9 fourth-class parks. The implementation of positive incentives aims to promote the standardized construction of industrial parks and advance the integration of industry and urban development.
