Anhui Hwasu Company Launched Electronic-grade Hydrochloric acid and Electronic-grade Caustic Soda

On December 18, HuaiBei Mining Group¡äs Hwasu Company held the offline and sales launch ceremony for its 20,000-ton/year electronic-grade hydrochloric acid and 60,000-ton/year electronic-grade caustic soda products.
The first phase of the company¡äs electronic new materials project commenced on June 28, 2024. The construction includes a 20,000-ton/year electronic-grade hydrochloric acid facility, a 60,000-ton/year electronic-grade caustic soda facility, and related supporting auxiliary projects. The electronic-grade hydrochloric acid is produced by purifying industrial-grade hydrogen chloride gas through processes such as chlorine removal, arsenic removal, light and heavy component separation, and absorption with ultrapure water to obtain G3-grade hydrochloric acid. The electronic-grade caustic soda is manufactured by purifying industrial-grade 50% sodium hydroxide solution through processes like centrifugal sedimentation, resin adsorption, and microfiltration to achieve G2-grade sodium hydroxide.
