Launch of Recycled Nylon Capacity Expansion Project by Pingmei Shenma Group

On December 22, 2025, the investment and cooperation signing ceremony for the 12,000-ton annual output recycled nylon project and the first shareholders¡ä meeting of Henan Shenma Hong¡äan Recycled Nylon New Materials Co., Ltd. were held at the Production Scheduling Center of Cord Fabric Company. This marks the imminent "capacity expansion" of Pingmei Shenma Group¡äs recycled nylon product production scale.
In recent years, with the rapid growth of China¡äs nylon production capacity, the recycling and reuse of waste nylon products have become imperative. Relying on the group¡äs traditional advantages in supply chain management and its accumulated production technology in the nylon industry, the project signed and launched this time will establish a brand-new resource recycling system. It will use nylon 66 waste silk from within the group and waste silk purchased from the market as raw materials, and through a series of processes such as melt granulation, produce recycled nylon particles and other products for use by the downstream of the group¡äs nylon industry chain.
This project is located in Yexian Nylon Deep Processing Industrial Park and will be constructed by Henan Shenma Hong¡äan Recycled Nylon New Materials Co., Ltd., a joint venture established by three parties: Cord Fabric Development Company, Anhui Zhongxin Hongwei Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Shou¡äan Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. It is understood that Cord Fabric Development Company has previously produced recycled nylon products in small batches. Henan Shenma Hong¡äan Recycled Nylon New Materials Co., Ltd. will adopt a number of patented technologies and equipment in the field of PA66 recycled granulation owned by Anhui Zhongxin Hongwei Technology Co., Ltd., thus having significant advantages in production technology and cost control. Shanghai Shou¡äan Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. has rich experience in market development. After the three parties cooperate, they will occupy a large market share of domestic PA66 waste silk supply and recycled chip products, and form a strong market pricing power. With the advancement of recycled nylon technology, the scale of the project will be further expanded.
