Befar Group Obtains CSRC Filing for Hong Kong Listing

On April 27, Befar Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Befar Group) announced that it plans to issue no more than 404,944,000 overseas-listed ordinary shares for listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and has completed the filing procedure with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
Befar Group is a leading comprehensive manufacturer of organic and inorganic chemical products in China. Its core product portfolio includes caustic soda, propylene oxide and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE). The company records a total caustic soda production capacity of 610,000 tons per annum, including 200,000 tons per annum of solid granular caustic soda, ranking the largest in China. Its propylene oxide capacity reaches 510,000 tons per annum and MTBE capacity 742,000 tons per annum, both placing it among the top players in the industry. Its products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and other regions, forming a stable layout of coordinated domestic and international business development.
Befar Group delivered a sound operating performance in 2025, with annual operating revenue reaching 14.836 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 45.06%. The growth was mainly driven by higher sales volume contributed by the commissioned production facilities of its subsidiary Binhua New Materials. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company stood at 225 million yuan, up 2.75% year-on-year, supported by improved gross profit amid declining raw material and energy costs. Net cash flow generated from operating activities amounted to 2.865 billion yuan, a sharp year-on-year rise of 489.51%, reflecting a substantial improvement in the company¡¯s cash flow position.
As the H-share listing moves forward steadily, Befar Group will establish an A+H dual-capital market platform, further expand international financing channels, advance the company¡¯s strategic transformation towards high-end chemicals and new materials, and strengthen its competitiveness in the global marketplace.
