据美国纽约州议会消息，1月12日美国纽约州议会发布提案A01756，拟禁止含铅糖果销售。
该提案同时禁止生产、销售含铅量超过600 ppm的聚氯乙烯饭盒和婴幼儿围嘴，每次违规则处以1000美元罚款。同时要求卫生部门开展与此相关的公共信息工作。
